Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak Ordering Information Now Available on Mopar.com
The wait is over! After 40 years Mopar has resurrected the drag race package car with the new 2009 Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak vehicle program, and complete ordering information is now available online at http://www.mopar.com.
The factory-developed vehicle kit is based on the ’08 Dodge Challenger SRT8®. Weight has been reduced by 1,000 pounds by removing major components and systems. Unique components include a lift-off hood with functional scoop, Viper-style front seats, polycarbonate door windows and much more.
The Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak program features special engine packages based on the 5.7-liter HEMI, 6.1-liter HEMI and 5.9-liter Magnum® Wedge. The program parts list can also be used to create clones of the Drag Pak cars with showroom Challengers.
