Mopar Continues with Ron Beauchamp Jr. in 2012
Mopar® will continue its support of Canadian Ron Beauchamp Jr. in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series in 2012, as he pilots the No. 60 Dodge Challenger.
"We’re so proud to be teamed with Mopar," said Beauchamp, who hails from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. "They are one of the best company’s you could be associated with. Our relationship goes far beyond the racetrack and their support has been incredible over the years."
Beauchamp, who finished seventh in points last season with the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series on the strength of five top-10 finishes, recently welcomed veteran crew chief Deon Deneau to his team. Deneau was a championship winning crew chief with the former American Speed Association (ASA).
The 12-race 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series kicks off for Beauchamp on May 20 at Mosport International Raceway in Bowmanville, Ontario. The series will visit six different Canadian Provinces over the course of the season, which runs from May through September. For more information on Mopar Canada, visit http://www.mopar.ca.
