Three Race Northeast Series Announced for USAC Mopar .25 Midget Clubs in 2012
Three USAC Mopar .25 Midget clubs will participate in a special three-race series for the 2012 Northeast Championship, with one of the races serving as a national event for the USAC "Generation Next" Mopar .25 Midget Series.
The first event of the mini-series will be held June 22–24 at Little T in Thompson, Conn., with the second round hitting the track June 29–July 1 at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse and the finale set for August 10–12 in Fulton, N.Y. The opener at Thompson will be part of the 2012 Yankee Doodle New England Championship, which is one of the 15 events on the USAC "Generation Next" Mopar .25 Midget Series schedule.
"We are excited for our Northeast .25 Midget families that this series materialized," said James Spink, USAC Director of Development. "All three clubs have worked hard to make this a fun series for all involved. We look forward to the fierce competition at all three unique venues."
